The premise is a good idea for a movie and I like both Ron Moody and Frank Langella's performances. But I didn't find it quite as funny as I wanted. A lot of the writing for the jokes is people just repeating other characters' lines. After a while it got annoying.

I LOVE Mel Brooks but this movie was just OK.The funniest part was the ending

Brooks' followup to 'The Producers' is a good satire comedy filled with his usual goofiness. Only fans of his will really appreciate this one.
