One of the best DC animated movies in a long while. It's up there with Under the Red Hood and Assault on Arkham. "Gods and Monsters" has great animation, intriguing backstories to fan-favorite characters, creatively violent action, and a interesting script that plays up the nature vs nuture dynamic for this radically different incarnation of the trinity of DC comics' mythology.
