Eric Bana makes a more than competent lead, but the real star of this slow burning mystery is the parched landscape in which it's set. The dried out Australian bush supplies the perfect backdrop to reflect the barren nothingness and dead ends this detective comes to as he searches for answers to make sense of both the present and the past.
