Bizarrely constructed yet deceptively plotted movie that shares elements of a satirical comedy and a psychological thriller. The film-within-a-film looks like a rousing adventure which I would love to see. Yet the main plot itself is a witty if wacky game of wills between the protagonist (Railsback) and a megalomaniac film director (Peter O'Toole).

I dont know what it was about The Stunt Man but I could not get into the movie until the last 15 minutes.Maybe its 1 of those movies where I need to watch it more then once to really get it
