Plot: In a post-apocalyptic near future, "Boy" can only stand by as his family is murder by Hilda Van Der Koy, deranged matriarch of a powerful family. Left scarred, deaf and voiceless, Boy vows revenge and learn at the hands of a mysterious shaman while his inner voice, based his favorite childhood video game, spurs him on. "Boy Kills World" is better than every "John Wick" acolyte we have seen because it makes an effort to subvert and at times even spoof the action franchise pastich rather than copy and paste the way the lousy imitators have.
