Plot: Clover and a group of her friends have been on a road trip that doubles as a search for Clover's missing sister, Melanie. After escaping a storm, the group winds up at a seemingly abandoned visitor's center in the old mining town of Glore Valley. That first night, a masked killer stalks and kills them one-by-one - but each member of the group wakes up to that same night and it soon becomes apparent they are trapped in a time loop - one that ends in death unless they can all survive until dawn. -- Chris Kavan

I like David F. Sandberg as a director, and he seems like a cool dude, but this wasn't it. It's the first movie from him that I outright disliked.

The movie has some impressive kills and gore effects but hardly follows the plot of the video game its based on. That being said, it did add some interesting elements to the "death time loop" story and it's nice that Peter Stormare decided to join back in the fun. Overall, a decent horror experience.
