Shame on Netflix for this horrendous “movie”.

This was simply horrible. I cannot believe it was directed by Gareth Evans. He made the Raid movies! Two of the best action movies in the last twenty years. This meanwhile is already one of the worst movies of 2025.
The pacing was so bad and the plot was barely coherent. It deals with cocaine deals, crooked cops, and the Chinese mafia. All of which could be interesting or dare I say exciting.
Tom Hardy is the one cast member who seemed like they were trying. I think his performance was the only thing I liked. Even if it seems like he was just doing his Eddie Brock acting from the Venom movies.
Forrest Whitaker and Timothy Olyphant are both wasted in their roles. Tom Hardy’s sidekick was annoying.
The main selling point of any action movie is the action (duh). Except for this movie it was nearly incomprehensible to folllow. An opening truck chase was barely visible yet it had the best lighting in the movie. The rest of the fight scenes are trash.
I know this was probably just a paycheck job for everyone involved. But at least remember to do your job.
