Don't expect anything like 'TRAFFIC' or 'The Big Short'. This overstuffed yet underwritten comedy-drama waters down the real-life Panama Papers from the global transnational scandal that it was to something very shallow and almost inconsequential. A sight gag of Meryl Streep, the grand dame of Hollywood, shooting up a bank is treated as a dream sequence. But it is way better than the actual movie.
