Romantic melodrama dominated by the monolithic location that towers over NYC in establishing shots;even dwarfing the newly built Empire State Building. Seriously the movie's production design is an exquisite example of Art Deco architecture. A lot of misunderstandings, mishaps, and even murder ensues.
