“Smallville” star Tom Welling slumming it in this cheap and lazy crime thriller. His female costar Cher Cosenza is one of the worst actresses I’ve seen in a while. Cam Gigandet is the only actor having fun. One guy I could not tell if he was supposed to be American or Italian.
