The roller coast ride that is the MPAA Ratings Board has hit the down slope and we're now at the low point. How low you ask? Whereas most weeks I can stretch and parlay a streaming title or limited release into something to discuss this week offers absolutely nothing for me to work with. In fact, there is only a single film on the list that even has a release date at this point, thus most of this list isn't even going to point to anything. A sad state of affairs to be sure, but every year brings a week or two like this. All I can hope is that the specter of a an actual theatrical release will bring better tidings in the future.
