Good film. Definitely a hidden gem of Spielberg's.

Does anyone know the exact date that the train that fell in the river was scrapped during WW2?

The Sideshow (1928)

Last post on 02/19/17 at 12:17 PM CT by Chris Kavan

I wish I had more information, but it looks like The Sideshow has only been shown at a handful of silent film festivals. The best bet is that occasionally the movie will be uploaded to YouTube (unsure on the quality of that) but looks like most accounts are swiftly taken down.

Deadpool

It was fun, I was on board with the vibe for the most part.. and Tim Miller shows promise as a director..but that script.. stacked to the ceiling with one liners and medicore jokes. Every thing out of Ryans mouth felt forced and 'hey isn't this clever.' They could have eased up just a bit on the snidery.

Please tell me what you think?

The Revenant (2015)

Last post on 10/18/16 at 06:32 AM CT by Pat

This is an understatement, for the Revenant is one of the greatest survival films ever made, also is objectively the best movie that came out last year (2015). I mean, naturally lighted cinematography that looks brilliant cannot be beaten. And in case you were wondering about my opinion of Star Wars the Force Awakens, it's 300x not as good the Revenant by a long shot.Top 5 Movies of 20151. Revenant, The (2015)2. Inside Out (2015)3. Brooklyn (2015)4. Hateful Eight, The (2015)5. Creed (2015)

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Last post on 07/15/16 at 06:27 PM CT by Chris Kavan

I love the direction this film is going - the new trailer / behind the scenes footage really makes this stand out as putting the War in Star Wars. While I enjoy the fantasy and sci-fi aspects as much as anyone, giving the film a bit of an edge is OK with me.

Hardcore Henry

Last post on 04/08/16 at 06:19 PM CT by Ben

There was so much camera movement I got sick after 20 minutes of watching. I stuck it out for another half hourbefore I got so dizzy I had to leave. Just couldn't stand it anymore. From what I saw there was tons of blood and guts and the body count was in the hundreds,

Ridicule

this is mini satire to the doomed aristocracy and a cheer for moral and modesty.

Queen Margot ( reine Margot, La )

Last post on 03/02/16 at 09:28 AM CT by travincal

I cannot highly recomand this movie and his music. Part of the story is history, part fiction, but the massacre did killed 30000 protestants in all France. Masterpiece!

This is as dumb as it can be. Who wrote, filmed, and release this garbage should be ashamed. Waste.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Last post on 10/29/15 at 05:41 PM CT by LeeAnn M.

My brother is older than I am by a year, and he has tormented me for over forty years. Still, I believed him when he told me that Disney announced it was delaying Episode VII until the summer. I didn't think he was trolling me until he said Vudu was going bankrupt. Anticipation, excitement, giddiness, uneasiness...it's all building with enormous pressure

The Cat from Outer Space

A lot of known actors, cute cat, but outdated. The humor does not entertain anymore. not even for curiosity.

Avatar is also one of the my favorite movie.

Sicario

Last post on 10/12/15 at 02:53 PM CT by BlueCat

Who would’ve thought, in a summer packed full of Avengers, earthquakes, and a return to Jurassic Park, that one of the year’s best action movies would be a small, independent film from rookie screenwriter, Taylor Sheridan? The signs were there, with Denis Villenueve at the helm and Emily Blunt as the lead, though I can’t say I expected such a magnificent result. Sicario, the story of a task force sent after a notorious cartel at the U.S. and Mexico border, …
