Tough-talking but kind of tepid thriller focusing on a stranded group of westerners threatened by bandits while in the Far East. Think of it as a poor man's Shanghai Express except with a paddle steamer. There is a lot of kills using a machine gun that looked cool. But Richard Dix is kind of a jerk when playing the hero and the main villain is wimpy. Also this movie was remarkably short at barely 65 minutes long.
