Farcical spy romp about a petty thief wrongly suspected of being a spy by every other spy in London. The plot is pretty complicated, maybe on purpose. But it’s a bit too complicated. Though it does move from one collection of oddball characters to another. And it’s more interesting than “A Dandy in Aspic”.
