Takes a rapid fire machine gun to capitalism, bureaucracy, and institutions and how individuals become disposable at their hands. "Mickey 17" doesn't hit the bullseye every single minute, but it's so refreshing to see a big-budget genre film at least attempting to say something relevant that sticks in the mind instead of yet another weekend-hit blockbuster that'll be forgotten in six months.
