Lots of style but little substance, Psycho Killer is a satanic slasher that, surprisingly, eases up on the gore. Georgina Campbell is the standout here, a woman on a mission and she gives it her all. The visuals are also a highlight, from the mask to the lighting - it sets a good tone. However, the plot is messy, the third act is just stupid and, for some reason, Malcolm McDowell shows up. It has solid bones but ultimately feels just as hollow.
