Would've been an alright movie if they changed the title from Mad Dog Coll to something else & not been so over the top.I'm NOT an expert on Mad Dog Coll but True Crime is 1 of my favorite subjects.There were some major things wrong with it: 1. When Coll shot the kids, He wasn't trying to escape an attack.He tried to kidnap a gangster,failed & it turned into a shootout 2. Coll was killed in a telephone booth but it wasn't by cops, It was by gangsters As far as I know, Coll wasn't some insane gangster & only got the nickname Mad Dog after the shootout where the kids died & some were wounded.Also in this movie there are some familiar faces you'll probably recognize.Jerry Orbach, Vincent Gardenia & Gene Hackman in his debut
